"The pool was really dirty with bits of things floating in it. The hot tub was very foamy (which means higher bacteria counts). The chlorine was strong. There was no bathroom in the pool area which meant having to take small children back to the room for toileting needs. I'm not sure if they are trying to improve it or if they think they are done but there's painters tape up everywhere and it's strange. We had a suite and the bedroom didn't have a door so we couldn't have privacy from the children. "

"The best hotel i have stayed in in the last 2 years. Very clean and spacious. Loved the kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were better than I have at home."

"Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower wouldn’t drain, valet was incredibly slow, front desk wasn’t very nice. The best part of the stay was the coffee shop and their employees. "

"The ONLY reason to stay here is if you want the pool. So many things wrong/ broken… so little room. Our slider door to the bathroom was stuck 1/2 way and maintenance couldn’t fix it, lightbulb burned out, tv didn’t work, breakfast VERY meager offerings and then ran out of cereal, spoons and napkins. Heard many people trying to get help with their issues. Ramada needs to take a look at this property to keep its reputation. "

"Rooms are spacious with microwave and coffee maker. Happy hour with snacks and omlets cooked to order for breakfast were nice surprises. Gym is small but adequate. Location is excellent, walking distance to downtown and to the Capitol. "

"The room didn't really have a closet to hang clothes. And the breakfast buffet did not have any meat which was very disappointing."
