"Staff is always very friendly an accommodating. We alwys get early check in because we go dor my daughters dance intensive on NoHo 3x a year and are there early. Rolm is always teady by noon. We get the suite with the twin bed . Great littel area for my daughter. Rooms are always clean My only complaint is that this time we had to use the heater because its wintwr and cold and the heater made a clicking sound all night that kept me up . I didnt complain because we have never had those issues before and honestly we love this hotel. It was a vit annoying but nit enough to keep me from going back."

"Super easy check in and check out. Felt very safe traveling with kids in an area we are not familiar with. Everything was clean and updated. I would say bring your own pillow if you like a softer one. "
