"I pulled up to the hotel and was told they oversold their rooms. They offered me $50 and an extra $10 for a taxi to their other location, 1 mile away and not at all on the river. I lost my river room, and lost my centralized location which I had planned my whole itinerary around. I was only in Chicago for a day and it was my first time ever visiting, and I had to cancel my museum tour due to the extra time I had to spend walking and riding the train. Instead I slept in a room with a view of a brick wall, literally"

"Get the breakfast, you go next door with coupons and it’s excellent! So convenient. We also went there for drinks and appetizers before going to the Chicago theater. "

"Grateful to the staff who voluntarily upgraded my room. My previous booking elsewhere had been overbooked. There was a bit delay in getting the bathroom supplies at night, probably because they were short staffed."
