"The hotel was amazing. Very clean and Beautiful. Rooms are Small compared to Hotel rooms back home, but we don't stay in the room much so its really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and friendly and understand basic English which was nice because my Japanese is terrible. Area is a little rough especially at night, but that's not the Hotels fault. Would stay there again. "

"I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area with convenient access to public transport and shopping. The rooms were spacious for Tokyo standards, with thoughtful amenities and great attention to cleanliness. The staff was polite and helpful, though there were moments where communication in English was a bit challenging — but they always made the effort to assist. The on-site facilities, including the public bath and dining options, were excellent additions to our stay. My only minor complaint was that the check-in process felt a bit impersonal due to the use of kiosks, and I wish there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site, especially since we were traveling with a child.
