"downgraded our room upon arrival and attempted to trick us into thinking that we booked it, then told expedia it was actually an upgrade. we were not allowed the private villas that we booked, but given a room in the apartment building. it was freezing cold in the room and there was no hot water so we came in tired and cold (winter in rajasthan) only to find that we were denied heating besides a dirty fan heater we got after asking reception. daughter was not given extra bedding until we asked...
