"Breakfast was fantastic, but as we were meeting friends we didn’t use the facilities. Although one of the other party did and found it very relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful especially as one of the other party had health issues. "

"The staff really make this hotel — they’re fantastic! Always attentive, checking that everything is okay and asking if you need anything. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all. Our room was fantastic, everything was very clean, and we’ll definitely be back. The breakfast was really nice and tasty I would recommend the Welsh Breakfast "

"Pool was good and busy bar sports area was great room was good but disabled room had no floor protection for a shower so I would check room again before unpacking."

"The hotel is in a good central location within easy walking distance of theatres, shops, restaurants and the marina. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the room was very spacious and clean."

"Clean room. Very comfortable bed. All amenities except no fridge. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of variety and hot and fresh cooked breakfast. Happy to recommend. Very convenient location for both city and beach. "

"We were in Swansea for 1 day so it served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a small bar but the taps were not working. We were able to get an Uber into the city centre (about a 5-8 minute drive). There is plenty of free parking at the hotel. There is a McDonalds next door but that is about all you can walk to, its sort of an industrial area along the motorway. It was fine for our purpose (football match) but if I was staying longer Id likely get something closer to the city with more amenities."
