Nice hotel. Extremely convenient location. Close to train, coach and underground stations. Also near Buckingham Palace and other local attractions. Very helpful staff and a decent daily breakfast. Beware the small beds and train noise!

The property is beautifully designed inside and out, but the service overall was inconsistent and the room photos online did not match the room I was assigned - it was somewhat smaller and had a much smaller bathroom that was missing the bathtub altogether. They changed their menu to the spring offerings during my stay and I felt like I was their menu tester or something bc most items I ordered did not match the menu descriptions (a spinach reduction and thyme herb chicken instead of grilled chicken and basil reduction on a buratta salad, malted & cultured butter w bread instead of simple whipped butter as indicated). Mohammed at reception was very accommodating as were the two bartenders, but overall service was not up to par, even for a 4 star hotel.
