"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. "The hotel was very nice and so were the staff. It was very close to Disney and the shuttle was great! Only complain is that there seems to be a bit of miscommunication between the staff (could also be a language barrier) besides that we really enjoyed our stay."
