Room was spotless and staff were super nice!

Miguel, Kristin and all of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to accommodate our many needs and unique situation. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The provided guest amenities in the bathroom were thoughtful and very useful. Will stay again!

We stayed here just one night on route up from Nashville toward a road-trip around Lake Michigan. It was cost-effective and a good location but it was a very pleasant surprise. We didn't get a chance to use the casino but the room was exceptional - it felt brand new, all the amenities were great and the bed wonderfully comfortable - would thoroughly recommend if you aren't looking to stay in the centre and need somewhere south of the city

I enjoyed my stay, the facilities were clean, the breakfast was sufficient, the staff were friendly and helpfull, tea and coffee was always available. The hotel is near a train station which made it easy to get into down town Chicago. I appreciated the snack bag I was given when I checked out, it came in handy...

The hotel was great, the two ladies at the reception Lesley the manager and Miralda were excellent and helpful, there was another lady at the breakfast buffet who also was great, the breakfast buffet while simple is delicious especially the waffles. And again the staff are world class

The hotel is comfortable, clean and located near a range of local shops. Check in was quick with friendly staff. The attached, Bar Louie's is clean and just amazing. Food is tasty and is served in large amounts and arrived quickly after ordering, the evening vibe is entertaining and drinks bar is well stacked. Bar staff is welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
