What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

I took a travel kettle. The is nothing for hot drinks in room. At breakfast I took a sachet of coffee for the room. It’s worth taking a cup also or some plastic beakers. We brought a 5l water from shop as fridge in room. Breakfast and diner buffets are great. We stayed a week.

Traveling solo I had a very peaceful 5 days here. I paid for a sea view room which had a large balcony, the room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast choice is terrific, the staff excellent. The outdoor pool is not heated so in May it was too cold for me (a keen swimmer) to venture into it, however it's a good sized pool.

I just stayed here for one night, but the room was large, bright, clean, and comfortable... especially the pillows, which are often difficult to get right. They can book you a taxi to the airport and track them on their reception computer, so they can always tell you when they're on their way, taking the worry out of any early morning flights and any anxiety about getting the to airport on time. We (2 People) stayed at this hotel early November and it was a very good experience mainly because the staff put in such a lot of hard work to achieve this so Thankyou to all of them. Hotel was amazing right from the first minute. Greeted at reception then personally taken up to our room. Room was huge with a lovely big comfortable bed. There were free soft drinks in the fridge and a beautiful terrace which overlooked the old town of Alicante. The hotel has a lovely feel about it. You need to stay there to know what I’m meaning. Excellent hotel, cleanliness and comfort of room was 5 star. Hotel staff extremely helpfull with great guidance on local attractions. The only negative thing was the high price of parking at the hotel car park!! We were on a self drive tour of Spain and had a hire car hence the need for parking.
