"Rooms ok , we upgraded to sea view which was lovely. Staff little bit and miss, maybe it’s just a few crossed lines. We asked at reception did they serve food on the roof top terrace and was told twice yes they do, only to be told at the rooftop no they don’t. We asked for an iron, 4 times to be told they’re asked housekeeping and it was on its way, never arrived , creased shirt just got worn! It’s Benidorm so who cares…. But everything else was fine and not an issue."

"So we booked a premium room for 4 nights on a half board basis. The hotel is clean, spacious and well located. Paid an additional 72 euros for parking. Our room was substandard with no view. In fact it was not cleaned without several complaints at reception on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. None of the soaps, shampoo or gels were replenished. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of choice of cooked items, more limited choice of fruits or healthy options. Dinner was not so good. Live cooking didnt happen, hot dishes were tepid. Salad bar okay. Desserts, very sweet and no icecream. Not worth the addtional supplement and would not recommend. Overall, a 4 star building with a below par experience and food. You can probably do way better for the price charged."

"Best hotel in San Juan, Alicante. No question about it. However, a little update is needed, such as soundproofing, and the door room must be quiet, and the housekeeping personnel should be quieter at the time of their cleaning the room. Nonetheless, this is my third visit to Alicante, and this is the best price-to-quality ratio in the area for a 3-star hotel. Very safe and conveniently located near the beach. If I had to rate this hotel, I would give it nine out of ten. Thank you; I will certainly return to this fantastic hotel."

"Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off."
