"I paid for a nice room shown in photos at time of booking, but upon arrival i was presented an old out of date well used room, nothing like the photos, Unfortunately our neighbour's were a screaming baby, and a couple who keep on shouting , so we request to move at 11pm The hotel were fantastic and moved us in less than 5 minutes to a deluxe room "

"We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were very flexible, as the first room we got did not have those in the shower, and they moved us promptly. We had the Fran Segura breakfast which was incredible. Everything else was nice. It's a bit disappointing that there are no coffee-making facilities And I would recommend that they provide this as standard for a four-star hotel. Also, I suggest that they do something about the "modern" shower facilities in some of the rooms. "
