The room was clean and had everything we needed with fridge, aircon, great shower, and comfy bed. The outdoor areas are outstanding. We stayed in the Aloe Vera room with a private patio via a spiral staircase from the bedroom. The view was beautiful day and night with shade and sun. Hotel was amazing right from the first minute. Greeted at reception then personally taken up to our room. Room was huge with a lovely big comfortable bed. There were free soft drinks in the fridge and a beautiful terrace which overlooked the old town of Alicante. The hotel has a lovely feel about it. You need to stay there to know what I’m meaning. The hotel was very close to the beach and Old Town and is in a relatively quiet area of the resort. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The range of food meant you could have variety throughout the week. We went for the Select option which meant we had access to a room offering branded alcohol, newspapers and a private small terrace - would strongly advise people go for this option. The jewel in the crown is the spa - went there twice and it's a real treat. Would stay here again...

Was absolutely beautiful amazing staff very helpful perfect place to relax . However It is of the beating track so would recommend having your own form of transport or use wiki lock for local foot paths

Of all the hotels we have stayed in my wife and I find this to be the only one worth returning to again and again.

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel with fantastic views over the sea. The rooms are stylish with comfortable beds. The food is amazing all served at the table so no annoying buffet queues. It’s position is great with shops bars and entertainment a few steps away.

Excellent hotel, fantastic service and great location. We stayed in the Level and believe it was excellent value for money. We were well looked after throughout, the hotel was immaculate, all the food excellent and a great drinks selection. The hotel offers easy access to the beach and Alicante itself. Would recommend and would happily stay again. Only issue we had was that the Expedia page states they offer free airport transfers. The hotel do not offer this so this should be removed from the...

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

Excellent hotel, location near to old town and the main strip.

Staff very welcoming. reception staff knowledgable and friendly.Managers were visible in the hotel, checking everything was ok for guests. Hotel entertainer Shaun is very good.

Fantastic hotel

We had a very enjoyable stay very friendly staff , clean and convenient for buses and trams . Beach , restaurants and shops few minutes walk away. Lovely beach , if you like Pizza n Italian food go to Pepe on the front very good food.A cheap place to eat next to Mac Donalds good food.
