"People were helpful and friendly. Loved the fruity water in the lobby. Great location. Did not like the light panel in 7th floor rooms. Even after a tutorial, no one explained how to request maid service. Water bottles were available except for an evening employee who said they were $3 each."

"Room wasn't clean to normal standards. There was a shaver a hair left in the shower from previous guests. Lashes on the vanity. No towels when we first checked in, we had to go downstairs to ask, no one picked up the front desk phone. A water bottle left from previous guests. No hot water day of check out, we had to take cold showers."

"The property is beautiful, the garden is truly award winning! We stayed in the Country Club ' room, in the newer section, right if the court yard. It has it's own small patio!I loved the breakfasts (they do have one choice provided, our cereal) and the happy hours, we felt so pampered!! Staff was friendly, room was well appointed. Bathroom was large, we used the large tub altho the jets did not seem to function. I will say the mattress was a bit lumpy and affected my sleep, but that's really the only coupke of minor things we noticed. I would love to come back and stay again."

"Very nice property and within walking distance of the beach, the Del Hotel and many good places to eat. We had a rental car and ended up finding parking on the street to save the $50 fee. Had to do some moving around but easy to find some free places. We had a unit on the busy street so that was not ideal but location is hard to beat."
