We complained to the staff at reception and the gentleman (do not have a name) working the front desk on the morning of June 4 was very receptive and helpful. He listened to us and offered to bring up new mattresses or move us to another room. We moved, and the new room was fabulous with comfortable beds. We appreciated his assistance and excellent customer service."
