We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect canal side position. Tea/coffee facility in lovely common room. You feel a link to its history as Seaman’s Hostel. Rooms are small but sufficient. If you are sensitive to street noise (not cars or music, but people talking in street and happy voices from cafes across canal)maybe don’t ask for a canal view room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Brilliant accommodation and a really good breakfast.The bed was very comfy and the metro station was only a very short walk from the hotel.

Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town. Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.

This place was an incredible experience! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It was a 5 star rating for a REASON because everything was exceptional. Honestly will be coming back again soon. The restaurant was amazing and the food was very very good.

We had a lovely stay in Citizen M Copenhagen. The only thing I would mention is that the shower corners needed some attention, Very modern hotel with extremely helpful staff. Cammy was very helpful & welcoming in our arrival

Super easy to get to on public transport from the airport. Walkable to everything. In a cheerful buzzy neighbourhood which was just perfect - fun but never disturbingly loud. This quirky hotel with its wonderfully welcoming and helpful reception ( fantastically communicative even prior to arrival) captures the vibe perfectly. My room was a little old ( not complaining as this was fairly reflected in the price) but thoughtfully laid out and provisioned. * A star missing simply because...

Not clean on the inward facing rooms, too dark. Excellent hotel, great breakfast too. Greg
