"We love that the staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean, shops nearby, the food hall nearby was very convenient for meals, there was also a big supermarket."

"Very small and uncomfortable bathrooms and showers. High fees for simple services such as luggage storage, no shampoo or hairdryer offered."

"Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported it only to be told that there was no engineer on site and so it would not be fixed before the next day. For a 3 day stay this was simply not acceptable. The room was also not cleaned despite being requested each morning. "
