"The location of this hotel was excellent, right on Nyhavn but at the end so noise was not an issue at all. Great daily breakfast and nice room service options if youre too tired to go out to eat every single night. The only minor issue was that my room was very dark as it faced a wall and the lamps did not provide enough light to make up for the lack of sunlight. The television service was quite poor as well and it kept shutting off completely in the middle of my watching something before bed...

"We had a beautiful room with a balcony and view down the harbour. It was so relaxing to return to after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is in a perfect location, with good transport links and shopping nearby. The walk down the harbour to Nyhavn was lovely, and everything was so clean and beautiful. "Good location short walk into city, quiet, great choice for breakfast. We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations"

"Great hotel location with great breakfast and fitness center. Room was comfortable. We had to open the window to let cool air in as it seems the heat was constantly on. Close location to metro and within walking distance to many attractions."
