"The location is excellent. A much quieter section of Copcabana.Staff at very good and helpful. Metro about 20min walk. Good places to eat near by. Would definitely stay here again. They do put a charge on your credit card at check in rather than just take card details. Would have been helpful to know this before hand as could have been a problem if not enough credit."

"Staff were amazing! Helpful and friendly. Can arrange airport transfer for you. They all spoke English very well. There is a common area downstairs with a bar and free filtered water and lots of plugs to charge your electronics. The bunk beds were a little scary, very unstable. You only get two sheets and a pillow case so if you get a free blanket on your airline keep it! There is one plug in each bed spot. Rooms are air conditioned. It was a little expensive for a shared room with bunk beds but...

"O apartamento hoje não se parece em nada com as fotos que estão no site. Não havia material de limpeza para a cozinha e nem papel higiênico suficiente no banheiro, tivemos que comprar. O chuveiro não ficava mais de 1 minuto aquecido, no dia que chegamos a chave não abria a porta e eu com duas crianças (uma doente) tive que aguardar levarem outra chave, sem Contar que temos que ir de Copacabana a Ipanema só pra buscar a chave e fazer check in. Móveis quebrados e no site diz que tem Wi-Fi mas não...
