This was a one night stopover between flights. We chose it based on other reviews and proximity to airport as well at the availability of a two room apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy, direct link to taxis and walk to nearby cafes.

Loved Hastings Street and fabulous apartment. My only concern was being asked to write down my credit card details, including CVC code and when I queried their security at Reception, was shown that they were just shoved in a pigeon hole at the front of reception desk, easily accessed by anyone! I refused to allow this and they then entered into the system. This was possibly down to our arrival after Reception closed on a Sunday but the paperwork could easily have just requested I visit Reception...

The hotel was conveniently placed for a quick commute into Brisbane centre.
Our apartment, like the hotel, was clean and well appointed and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The only improvement I can think of would be to have separate bins within the apartment for recycling - this would have seen me to give them a higher eco-friendly score.

The room was clean and very spacious. Had mini kitchen which we appreciated. Don't think our room was cleaned daily, the dishes were cleaned and bins emptied one day and the next day the pillows were oddly thrown from the bed but the bed wasn't changed or made up? We only stayed 3 nights but thought this was rather strange.
The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the girl who checked us in (didn't get her name but she worked the back shift). Included breakfast was basic but enjoyable...
