"The staff did not know how to operate their new computer system and were unable to check me in. I waited 45 minutes for my key card and only after the hotel manager arrived from his home to do it. The room is outdated and in poor to fair condition. There was hair in the sink and the shower. "

Offered a discount, but looks like I was charged full price for the room i frequent this hotel often and never had a problem. I genuinely book a room here solely for the hot tub and unfortunately this trip. I was unable to utilize it, but was charged full price for it. I would really like to see them have that fixed and to make it right with a regular traveler to this establishment."
