The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . We have slept on better (and not so good) beds this bed was average. Very good shower and spotlessly clean). Although in a Central location with so much activity in the streets, the room was quiet enough for us to sleep peacefully. Staff are brilliant. Zaffron restaurant also great staff who couldn't do too much to enhance your experience of Indian food. I bought a local Sim for my phone on the same street. It got activated in 5 hours. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me check-in early. The room was very clean, everything worked, great shower too which is always a bonus. The location is very close to the airport metro station and to yellow and purple lines too. It was my first visit to Delhi and I'm glad is chose this property.

We arrived at 5am as our flight was cancelled, the manager allowed us to keep the room until 4pm free of charge and also included a complimentary breakfast. Both really appreciated after our delayed journey. In all excellent customer service.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday.
