"This property was stunning from the moment you pass through the park grounds. Before you get to the hotel itself, you begin to decompress. you enter the lobby and are greeted by the whole of Sorrento/Naples Bay with Vesuvius in the background. It is stunning. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The staff. the amenities, the food are all top rated. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, varied and FRESH..... cheeses, fruits, Italian coldcuts, traditional breakfasts to order from their chef's station, not to be missed. Your choice of the beach at the bay, or the saltwater pool. equally wonderful with the staff attentive to the guests whims, Dinners in the main dining room. or the beachside restaurant are great,,,,evening cocktails on the patio, with Vesuvius ever present,,, Attention by the staff was universally outstanding,,,, to name a few would be a slight on the rest,,,,,ALL OUTSTANDING.... Staff was very helpful in arranging day trips to Herculaneum and Amalfi boat cruises, We will be planning our next years trip to end at this property, to unwind, relax and savor all that Parc dei Principi and Sorrento have to offer. Molto Gracias"

"Todas las personas son muy amables, el hotel es muy lindo y agradable. La playa estรก cerquita caminando 3 minutos. Nos recogieron en la marina y nos llevaron al hotel. Tambiรฉn tienen transporte al centro de la ciudad. Sรบper recomendado!"

"The hotel is beautiful. Not a lot of things to do nearby though so you have to take an Uber/taxi everywhere and itโs expensive. The front desk was great and our shuttle bus driver, Mauro, was very polite and friendly. However, there were a few things that I didnโt like with it being a 4 star hotel: I didnโt like that we asked for an iron and an hour later, never got it. Housekeeping also tried entering 3 times before check out and didnโt knock. Last, the rooftop is nice but only for the scenery. The entrees were terrible. My risotto was hard and the pasta was also hard to chew. The dessert made up for it and the staff was great but we paid too much for the food not to be good."

"I canโt say enough good things about this hotel. It was very clean, well maintained, and in a perfect location close to the center of town but away from the busiest part, and no long uphill climb with luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing. I always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. Even when I had the Do Not Disturb sign up, they would kindly check with me when they saw me to ask if I needed fresh towels sent up. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive they even remembered that my son had been traveling with me and noticed when he left for Spain. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue."
