The property Owner overbooked and didn't accept my confirmed reservations. When I confronted him he hurled abuses. When reported to Expedia, he made fake promises to relocate me to other places but in reality did nothing. When I finally had to relocate myself he started threatening and abusing me with Foul language. Despite telling him to communicate via email on the relocation he didn't, he continued with abuses via phone and WhatsApp.

Das Personal hat sich große Mühe gegeben, unsere von Anfang an vorhandene Enttäuschung zu mildern. Das zum Positiven. Das Hotel an sich, es ist eher eine Herberge mit benachbarten Restaurant, ist jedoch eine einzigartige Katastrophe. Der gezahlte Preis für den Aufenthalt steht in keinem Verhältnis zur empfangenen Leistung und trübt den verbleibenden Eindruck auf Jahre hinaus. Das Hotel wirbt mit 3 Sternen, wobei kein Einziger gerechtfertigt ist. Bei der Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, wir mussten uns zum Einchecken erst bemerkbar machen. Das Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, nicht gereinigt. Es fehlte jegliche Aussatttung, es gab 1 Bett, 1 kleinen Tisch, 1 Stuhl...nichts weiter. Das Zimmer war ohne Fenster zum Hof hin, es gab keinen Fernseher, keine Handtücher, kein einziges Stück einer Dekoration wie Blumen etc...Im Prospekt wurde ein Zimmer mit Terrasse angeboten und verkauft; eine Terrasse fand sich jedoch vergebens.Wahrscheinlich war die Terrasse im benachbarten Restaurant gemeint (im 1.Obergeschoss), das Zimmer hatte jedoch keine.Es hingen die Elektrokabel aus der Wand, es gab keine zusätzliche Lampe am Bett oder am Tisch.Am nächsten Tag haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt; einziger Unterschied, dieses Zimmer hatte ein Fenster. Kein Schrank war zu benutzen, alles war bruchfällig, d.h. wir konnten keinerlei Sachen verstauen.Auch im zweiten Zimmer kein Fernseher, kein Safe.Das tägliche Frühstück war karg und nur auf Bestellung zu bekommen.Von Büffet keine Spur.Nie wieder
