"The rooms are HUGE and so clean. The area is quiet and close to everything. You do have to pay to park for $20 or valet for $35. My only wish would be coffee in the lobby."

"The Staff were very nice and helpful. The room and hotel were both very clean. The kitchen was under renovation and was closed, so no breakfast was offered. The ice machine didn’t work on the floor I was on. The room had a nice working coffee pot and refrigerator though."

"This is one of the most impressive hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. In particular Maya and Karris at the front (registration) desk and Taylor and Ann (restaurant) were superb! Truly cannot say enough about the pleasant stay. Thank you Hyatt Regency Columbus!"
