The staff was extremely rude—especially the front desk lady. Asking for extra towels, a blanket, and even to get our room cleaned was too much for this hotel. Do not stay if you’re used to being treated as a human being.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Worthington by IHG
Place was clean and the registration took us to see the room as we did not get a king size bed that we ordered. It had a high toilet and a step-in shower, but I wasn't going to use the shower any way. For being a handicap room it did not have any grab bars.
