"The hotel is Ok.. the staff is friendly, the TV in our room never works."

"The hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing. We booked this place as we have two little kids that we had planned to use the pool. They were able to stay in the water enough to do the slide once and then had to get out to warm up. We will not be going back."

"Very clean and friendly property. Nice, updated rooms. Decent fitness center and very comfortable lobby. Hot water is instant and plentiful. Handy to restaurant that seemed to have a large menu. Breakfast buffet was a bit steep ($18) for me for what seemed like standard free breakfast hot bars. Admittedly, I didn't try it. There was a made to order option as well. One other annoyance was the $12 per day parking fee for a standard surface lot parking lot with tons of space. Overall, very nice and would recommend staying at this property. "

"Key card never worked so you'd have to get it redone every day. Upcharges for every little thing like parking and an expensive daily pet fee."

"Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels."

"It was clean, nice for the one night we needed it. The staff were not friendly, when we checked in or out, it was different staff members and they seemed to hate their job. Not pay attention or greet people. When we checked in the one lady was on her phone and barely acknowledged me, she was dismissive. When checking out it was pretty much the same. Breakfast wasn’t the best, I thought it would be cooked food, but it was just cereal, bagels and coffee. overall the best part was that the room was clean. that was it. "
