This hotel was amazing!! Perfect location in Roma Norte. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to Mexico City we’ll definitely stay here again!!!

This is a lovely hotel, our room was delightful and the room cleaning staff were the best, rarely have I had such a lovely service on the room, i appreciated being able to go in to the kitchen and make tea etc, it was like being a guest in someone’s house. I would definitely go again

Had a wonderful stay here, even before arriving in the city Eumir was in touch to introduce himself and offer his services which was a lovely touch.
I arrived after staff had left for the day but check-in instructions were super clear and easy, no hassle at all. Water is provided in the room and can be refilled in the lobby. The location is perfect if you walk a lot like me, otherwise it's close to public transport and easy to Uber.
Street facing rooms might be too noisy for a light sleeper if...
