We stayed one night at the Unique towers. The check in process was very quick and easy and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was huge and very comfortable. The staff were very nice.

Central location, great supetmatket across the street. Lots of places within walking dostance to eat. Hotel caters to arab/muslim guests. They mention a weird policy prohibiting alcohol but I drank in the hotel no problem.

I'll be back!
I found the boutique virtually flawless. Hospitable staff, always smiling, always ready to assist. Excellent location, barely 5 minutes to the main station in a Tuk-tuk on a moderately busy day. Close to supermarket, restaurant. The apartment itself was first class: kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave meant I could cook my own food as well. As soon I have the means I'll be back. Absolutely loved the place, almost as much I loved the country. Five stars for everything.

Had a good welcoming staff . They provide Daily room linen change . However room lacks charms and looks wore out. I will definitely try to look for something else in my next visit

Excellent option
The 4 bed penthouse that we stayed in was nearly perfect for a group of friends or a couple of families! Very spacious and well laid out except one bedroom which is rather compact and shared a bathroom with the other. Fully equipped and well maintained. The best part is the location! Heart of the city with all the places to visit, restaurants, shopping within 2-3 km radius. Highly recommend the place for travellers visiting Colombo....

Perfect for Family. Great Location.
This is a two bedroom apartment which is ideal for a family with older kids. Very good location in Colombo. Walkable distance from Arpico Supermarket. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The kitchen has all the facilities including cutlery. We made some maggi and toast for the dinner which was nice. Could also wash our clothes in washing machine.

Great value and an awesome crew
This is a great value accommodation at a brilliant location (practical but not a scenic setting). Really spacious and modern apartment, great security for a city apartment. I would go there again. The gym was in very poor condition and only breakfast provided on request. The staff are ever willing to help and have a great customer focus. Walking distance to the most sort after night venue in Colombo, the Park Street Mews, Curve, Cafe Francais amongst others.

Overpriced and not 4 star. Clean and spacious but fittings old, cupboards not fitted well, table and chairs cheap and broken. Service staff are excellent but the rooms need a makeover. Hot water last minutes not enough for 2 Adults. Much better options at cheaper prices in Colombo

Unique Towers
Had a really good stay at Unique Towers from 27 May to 2 June 2017. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is excellent would definitely stay there again. Also location was excellent.

One night in Colombo before flying home
I wanted to find a place for a friend of mine and me to spend one night in Colombo before I flew back home. Didn't want to do and airbnb for one night, so this looked good. The experience was fine. It was conveniently located to some nice restaurants for dinner and breakfast. The apartment (and this is really a corporate apartment) was large and clean and the check-in man was excellent. They arranged the airport transfer for me the next day with no trouble. All in all, it was a fine experience.

Arrived to the suite reserved and thee was smoke coming in from outside. As I am allergic to smoke, this was not good. Rooms were filled with mosquitos. Requested they send someone up to kill the mosquitos and instead a young man came up and plugged in a mosquito vapor that did not work. There was long black hair on the pillows and in the bathroom sink. The bathroom was so dirty I did not take a shower.

Spacious apartment in very convenient location
Apartments are located adjacent to several banks and a large supermarket. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. Property is clean and comfortable. Would recommend to others and stay there again.

I think this hotel is a bit overrated and over-priced. I chose it because of its stellar Hotels.com rating, but at $100+ it's over-priced especially for one person. My room smelled of smoke and while clean, it felt a little dingy. Absolutely no character in this place. If this place were priced in the $50-$60 rating, I think it would be okay. Nearby is a good mall where you can get some food, but otherwise, the area isn't all that great.

Convenient and clean hotel.
The best thing about Unique Towers is the size of the apartment and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen and washer/dryer were useful to have.

stay was comfortable. service was very good. some utensils were not cleaned properly and a few plates were dirty. other than that we loved our stay. there's not much to write home about the view from the room. I would stay again purely because of the location, the service, and the comfort.

Stayed here for just one night at the end of our Lunar New Year Sri Lanka trip. Great location in the centre of town and the apartment was big, bright, clean and comfortable. Would be great for longer stays. Obviously no breakfast or pool, but still found it to be good value for money. Staff are friendly and competent. Feels like sleeping in someones apartment rather than a hotel but no complaints nonetheless.

Next to a store and only 3 KM from the bus station. Spacious 2 bed/2 bath apartment. From airport take the A/C bus (through the freeway) to the bus stand (110 Srilankan rupees per ticket), then take an auto to the hotel (around 200 rupees) Walking distance to the temple, 2-3 KM from beach. Grocery store across the corner, banks everything. Great location Pastry shop on other corner for breakfast

Great apartment with lots of space and cooking facilities. We also had a washing machine. Staff were very nice and supermarket nearby with cafe for food. Hotel also arranged airport pick up for us. Would certainly recommend. WiFi was free.

A truly fantastic experience.
My family and i were rather apprehensive upon a booking a suite as we were unsure what to expect from the rooms and bathrooms especially. However i can safely say all our fears were put to rest upon entering the suite we were allocated. It was spacious, well beyond our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean. The location of self-catering is well suited for the area as there is a grocery store which is within walking-distance of the place. The suite allows you personal space to relax, uninhibited by fellow guests. All the staff went out of their way to assist us if we needed help, whether it was flagging down a tuk-tuk driver or organising a tour to a specific destination. It was such a pleasure experiencing what the 'Unique Towers' brand had to offer and we would happily take them up on any other ventures at potential locations in future.

Friendly welcome
We arrived in Colombo very late at night due to a long flight and were very warmly welcomed by the staff who had stayed up and waited. As we were travelling with friends, we chose to stay in the penthouse suite and were treated to a huge and well equipped living space that quickly re-energised all members of our party. After a very comfortable sleep the staff brought up our tasty breakfast and we were refreshed and ready to start our holiday in Sri Lanka. Although the surrounding area was nothing to write home about, the location is fine and it is a short stroll or cheap tul tuk ride to most parts of town.
