"It's a lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast and amazing staff who all go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. A couple of issues were the musty smell in our room and the shower got the floors wet in the bathroom when taking a shower."

"A Perfect Welcome to Sri Lanka I stayed at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo as my first stop after arriving in Sri Lanka, and it was the perfect place to unwind for a couple of days. The location right on the beach is unbeatable — relaxing, scenic, and a great introduction to the country. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained, offering everything I needed for a restful stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their exceptional service made the whole experience feel effortless.
