"Location brilliant and what a spectacular view to arrive to - right by the sea. Lovely to have a welcome drink on arrival and staff so lovely and helpful. English is widely spoken. My partner and I came for one night with 2 other guests as we were getting married the next day and we wish we could have stayed longer! I’m pretty sure they upgraded our room for us so thank you so much, the room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and an amazing view. Food was fab, so much choice and the chefs even asked if we wanted anything else making which was so nice. The reason for 1 star less is only really because the drinks weren’t too good and cocktails weren’t the best but I really can’t fault anything else. We wanted to eat in the à la carte but you have to book the day before which was a shame but we still had a lovely meal in the main restaurant. Oh and the toilets by reception are the nicest toilets I’ve ever seen! "

"Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We had already made a reservation in advance, yet the hotel went ahead and created a second booking for the same guest without properly checking their system. A big part of the issue was that the staff could not communicate clearly in English, which led to a complete misunderstanding and this unnecessary double booking. Even after clearly explaining the situation, they insisted on charging for both reservations. Instead of admitting their mistake, the staff claimed the guest requested it and refused to issue any refund. Communication was poor throughout, and they showed no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. This could have been easily avoided with basic professionalism and clear understanding. Be very careful when booking here as you might pay twice,"

"Lüks ve konforlu bir tatil geçirdim. Odalar çok rahattı, yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi. Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Denize sıfır konumu ve kum plajdan oluşması Bodrum da az rastlanan bir durum. Wellness tarafı da oldukça keyifliydi. Yazın bir daha gelip deniz, kum, güneş ve wellness'ın tadını çıkarmak isterim."

The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable — you can really tell they care about cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were incredible throughout our stay — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home. The pool area and the beach was just as impressive, clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. A special mention to the lifeguard, who was doing an outstanding job. The moment he realized my wife doesn’t know how to swim, he stayed extra alert and kept a close watch, which made us feel very safe and cared for. That level of attention really stood out. Overall, an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Casa Nona to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere! "
