"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "

"It was close to the train station which is why we picked it. Breakfast was excellent and the server at breakfast was awesome. Other than him, the staff was not welcoming, friendly or helpful. The floors were dirty and sticky. I would not stay there again "
