"The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner in the dining room was good. I did not understand how to access the tv channels. Maybe due to my lack of skills? Close to everything in central area."

"We love coming to the Quest Ballarat Station as it is very central to the city and has a lot of eateries around the area, it is very quiet even though you are close to the railway station. It also has great views of the city, highly recommend a stay here."

"I booked a room with a spa bath, but the hot water system couldn't provide enough water to fill it up. In fact, by the time the second person took a shower, the water was already turning cold. On top of that, the spa bath itself was broken. The entire place was filled with tiny flying insects, and the soundproofing was terrible—there’s a bar right next door with a live singer performing late into the night. Worst of all, the mattress was broken and completely collapsed in several spots. The only redeeming feature was the excellent wood-fired pizza place right across the street."

"A couple of things needed fixing but were not a problem. The lighting is dull, not bright. There needs to be a lamp on the table. The room I had this time needed more bench space and the TV was smaller than other rooms I've stayed at in this motel. I'm happy enough here and rebook regularly."
