Lovely clean room with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere from reception, housekeeping and restaurant. The location is a very pleasant neighbourhood and the food and drink in the nearby village centre had a lovely atmosphere. Very safe residential area. Pool and spa pool were great.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff are a real asset, professional, polite, always ready to help with anything, a real family feel, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again, to say I’d loved my stay there would be an understatement. The food from McKinley’s Grill was superb, the bar was a great place to socialise. My room as well as the communal areas of the hotel were clean, I can’t fault anything with my stay, Paul.

The room felt spacious even with a couch and a King bed. It was extremely well fitted out and also kept spotlessly clean by the daily cleaning staff. I appreciated the full-sized tub which also doubled as a decent shower.

We spent a week here in August of 2023 after finishing Route 66, The whole area felt clean and relaxing. Kids loved the pool, husband loved the parking. Breakfast was good but very busy. There are a few local shops and takeouts nearby. We loved our stay here.

I loved everything about Doubletree Pomona. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is on a hill with a shell petrol station nearby. The rooms were very large. modern, and clean. Breakfast was good. Because I travelled with my family and baby grandson we were given connecting rooms. I have no complaints. Even though the hotel was by a freeway you couldn’t hear the traffic. The staff were good too. I’d definitely come back if I was in the area.

Friendly, helpful staff. Free shuttle to Ontario airport. Highly recommend.

Been here a few times before always pleasantly surprised

New hotel, couldn’t find fault with it. Bathroom, shower was excellent, bed clean and comfortable, very impressed would definitely stay again.

From the initial excellent welcoming cookie and conversation to the final farewell after a great breakfast, this was what a hotel stay should be. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was great. If I say the only problem was trying to find the Olympic coverage on the TV in our room, I think you get the idea. I wish our stay could have been longer.

1 elevator down. Long wait for the other elevator, if you are is hurry. A bit inconvenient as it becomes hard to kredict the amount of time it takes to get an elevator. Otherwise a good, clean hotel.
