"It’s a really beautiful hotel. Great staff, great food, AC works, beautiful spa. It’s in central place but not in the midst of all the chaos at the same time!"

"This was my favorite stay in Sicily! I love the elevator and the staff were really nice and accommodating. I also want to point out the excellent AC inside the room. I would only suggest a bottle of water inside the room and a personal tea/ coffee station."

"What an amazing stay at Grand Hotel Ortigia! From the spacious room, to the excellent rooftop breakfast. It was a wonderful stay! The location was superb and the private beach was a wonderful plus. I can’t wait to return one day."

"Room clean, air-conditioning good, beds good, staff nice. Not really sound proof, but everyone is respectful and quiet during the night. Staff isn't always at the reception, but that didn't bother us. Super central, super safe. There's no lifts though."
