Fantastic staff and location, highly recommended

Very sweet and comfortable flat, suited our family of three perfectly. We loved sitting outside on the terrace balcony and enjoying views of Vernazza. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed (although the only cooking we did was to warm up the croissants the host agency had thoughtfully provided). Stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring the Cinque Terre - great restaurant nearby (Osteria La Carabaccia - booking required), and a couple of good grocery stores (Co-op and Basko.) Our hostess highly recommended a day out in nearby Porto Venere - and this was a very good recommendation! You can catch ferry boats here to the Cinque Terre villages.

A very successful stay. The accommodation is wonderful, the location is quiet, away from the tourist hustle but very close to the areas of interest. Close to the train station. And Mr. Pasini was very kind, he gave us all the useful information, where to eat and where not to. We even received a small video on how to get to the accommodation from the train station. Excellent. We will come back with great pleasure.

Very pleasent hotel room with a lovely shower and air conditioning. Featured a balcony open to all guests with stunning views, and was in an incredible location.

We couldn't have picked a better base from which to visit Cinque Terre with La Spezia station a very short stroll from the front door. Trains travel regularly and quickly to the five villages and run late at night. Situated in a grand old character building, it's a brand new modern refurb that's spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy and there's a mini fridge provided. As a Brit, it's also always nice to have a kettle and a selection of tea bags when you arrive. The owners couldn't have been...

Andrea was very kind and helpful, communicated with us beforehand by WhatsApp, and met our taxi in the carpark to help us all to the apartment with our heavy luggage. The location of the apartment was excellent with a balcony that looked over the waterfront. Great location for restaurants and access to the quai.

We had a lovely room, very clean and had what we needed for a family of 4. It's in a very good location, with lots of supermarkets close by and it was about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Lovely room, great location right in central La Spezia, and easy access into Cinque Terre. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available at all times to answer any questions, would highly recommend!

property was closed to the train station making it easy to get to, and get Cinq Terre. The apartments are very nicely decorated, an the a/c is fabulous! Just what you need in a summer heatwave! The kitchen is really useful. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Great communication, hosts always very helpful and responsive Perfect location if wanting to travel to Cinque Terre, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a couple travelling around Italy We asked for some washing to be done and they did it right away and returned straight back to our room, couldn’t have asked for more :) Would recommend to friends and family!
