"If you pay extra for the sea-facing suites, the view is STUNNING. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, getting us set up to enjoy our time in 5T. The hotel is in Volastra, so you take a bus/shuttle approx 10 mins down to Manarola (or you can walk down for 30mins hike) where you can catch the train as needed. "Communication was good, host was present when we required, air conditioning was broken however fan was provided and partial refund given for inconvenience Location is fine, too of the hill in the restaurant area. Room and bed were fine for what we were after Thank you! "

"The hotel was nice, and everything was very clean. The view outside is gorgeous. Air conditioning was great. For a small family this is a good hotel, as there is a big street with restaurants that is at walking distance. The only negative about this hotel is that there was no elevator, so if you have bags you must carry them up the stairs. Overall it was a very pleasant experience."
