"We received early check in, room was perfect… definitely good security in the elevators and the breakfast was really good; lots of choices and food was hot. Overall, an excellent stay."

"Room was clean but very dated. Beautiful property - was only there for one night so was not able to explore the whole hotel/pool! Tons of security walking the halls, upon arriving made us worry a bit if there was reason for so many, but was a decent hotel! "

"Hotel to absolutely avoid. The rooms are very dirty, poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell and an overall condition that makes it feel like no serious cleaning is done between guests. The furniture is worn out, the walls are stained, and the bathroom was far from clean. On top of that, the hotel staff ripped out the charging plug from my vehicle while it was connected, causing damage to my charger and potentially to the car itself. They did not take proper responsibility, did not offer a real solution, and the customer service was completely unacceptable for this kind of incident. For a place that presents itself as a hotel and event venue, this is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you have an electric vehicle or expect a minimum level of cleanliness and respect for your property."

"One of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Loved the coffee and muffins in the morning in the lobby and the local wine and delicious bites in the evening-nice service touch! Room was outstanding, so clean and comfortable-I honestly cannot say how I would change anything. Loved the gym! Greatest location for what we needed and so walkable to all things downtown Toronto, subway close by too! Will be staying here again"

"Got a parking ticket while at the valet parking.... this did not sit well with me. The ticket was 120 dollars and the day manager did give me a discount at checkout. However the discount was only on the valet service which totaled 31 dollars."

"The best part about this hotel is it is located right at the heart of downtown and a few steps away from the subway station. The rooms are a bit cramped but real estate space must be a luxury in this part of Toronto. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. "
