"Someone had a master key and opened my room three times. Lucky i had the chain in my door so he couldn't get in. Otherwise, everything else was fine. I suggest you hire a security guard. "

"Only 6 months old lots to iron out. Room was adequate like a tiny NYC apartment. Clean efficient. Couple of bottles of water would have been nice. Great shower and bath amenities well supplied. Kitchen not opened yet. Bar not well stocked and had to complain as someone else’s bar bill was put on my room. Oops. Location was perfect. I would stay again because I think things will open and staff will become experienced. "
