"You can take the bus N1 southbound to Como in the morning. When you take bus back from Como to St Fermo, you have to take metro 74 northbound. Be sure the bus to St Fermo, because some of the buses only to halfway!"
"The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors."

"We had such nice experience, in general it has everything you need to enjoy the cozy little city of Como. Parking is not so close but it works out to use a city parking two blocks out."
"While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. "Lovely little boutique hotel on a side street. We were welcomed by guy on desk who gave us lots of information on Como and provided us with a map. The hotel was clean and the room was modern with a large bathroom and lovely large shower. Breakfast was continental style and was very nice and it was very relaxed atmosphere. It was approximately 15 minutes walk to the lakeside, this was a flat easy walk. There were some restaurants in the street but again approximately 15 minutes to main square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I would recommend this hotel. "
