"Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were amazing with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed.
Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

The spa, the location, the grounds, all were just stunningly beautiful. Walkable to the center of the shops, restaurants and coffee places. I would live there if I could. "This is a good hotel if you're flying out early the next day, as we were. The rooms are larger than we typically found in Italy and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of soap scum/mold in a corner of the shower, which kept me from giving it a higher rating. Nothing terrible, but a little detail that was missed.
There is a shuttle to the airport (5 euros/person) which was prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet (12 euros/person) was average. I opted for a pastry and cappucino (4,5 euros).
We opted to eat down the street at Samarcanda, which was a hidden gem. It's a short walk and you might want to get a reservation as it does get crowded. Food there was surprisingly good, especially for the price."
