"My daughter left her school book in the hotel room and we had to catch an early train to make our flight. I called the hotel and asked them what I should do and they said stay on the train and we will mail the book and they did!!!! "This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get).
