"We had a lovely stay. The room was nice and the service was perfect. The hostess was on top of it all the time, from breakfast in the morning to the dinner at night. We recommend this to all travellers that would like to have a ”lyxuary” holiday in a faboulus area. "
"Amazing stay. The room and property were gorgeous and the view was even better. It was a short walk to restaurants and the main pedestrian street in Taormina. Just far enough away to be relaxing but close enough to be convenient. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The most important from this property is the staff. Mr. Mario was always on top of everything, he is very professional on his duty. Super educated person and very kindly with my kids. His son was super friendly when we arrived late night too and super generous to help with the bags. The last on recepción very kind too and helpful to find me a spot to park calling from her cellphone. The staff for breakfast Ms Sylvia very kind and professional on her job, super friendly and attentive. Mateo also aware of everything. Very pleasant our stay here feels like home. 🏠 "
"Beautiful hotel close to the main area. The star to this property is the hotel staff from the concierge, to front desk and to the fabulous breakfast staff in the am. We had arrived late and the dining options were closing and kept the restaurant open for us and offered us a traditional Sicilian meal! First of many fabulous meals here. The roof top was great - we enjoyed a drink every night before dinner. A perfect stay for our week in Sicily!"
"Outstanding Stay in Taormina!!
An exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond — even surprising me with a birthday cake and beautiful flowers at breakfast!
The room was spotless, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. You can tell the management truly cares. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Very old Italian style decor which was unique. The pool area was very pretty with a gorgeous view. Gorgeous views from the terraces as well and from our hotel room (we didn’t even book sea view room). "
"The Excelsior Palace is outstanding. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Taormina with a huge pool overlooking the Sea. Rooms are updated and very comfortable, many facing the beautiful Mount Etna. Delicious breakfast buffet with accommodating staff. Bar/cafe at the pool is perfect for a cocktail and salad or piadina while floating in the pool. I’ve stayed here three times and cannot wait to return!"

From the moment we arrived at Villa Taormina, we were treated with utmost care. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care from the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Every interaction—from check-in to farewell—was marked by thoughtfulness and grace.
The villa itself is a beautiful blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. Tucked away in the heart of Taormina, it offers a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding hills. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the gardens are immaculate, offering tranquil corners for morning coffee or evening reflection.
What truly sets Villa Taormina apart, however, is the service. The staff anticipated our needs before we could voice them. Whether it was a dinner reservation, travel assistance, or simply remembering our preferences, they made us feel seen and appreciated. It’s rare to encounter this level of care and consistency.
