"I highly recommend NH Collection in Taormina! Not only is it situated perfectly for touring the town by Foot. We had the best time walking the narrow streets with so many high-end stores and happy people. But… The highlight had to be the people that took care of us at this amazing hotel. Sarah at the front desk met all our expectations and beyond Carissa and Monica were always available. One more really special person I I have to mention… Angelo, who was always there, asking what he could do to help us. He helps with the bags and anything & everything else you could imagine. I felt like he was our best friend by the time we left. Just amazing. They all deserve five stars."

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was lovely and clean. It's a very good location close to everything but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle in the evening. Amazing view from the rooftop with a nice selection of cocktails. We had breakfast only one morning (it's not included in the price!). Overall a good hotel if you are willing to pay the price. €34 for 2 cocktails, 36€ for 2 breakfast meals. It's a nice place but not cheap! "

"This is a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views and a great location. Our room was large (compared to some European hotels). The bathroom was new. The pool area is gorgeous, again spectacular views. The bar area is nice and there was a piano player in the evening. Valet parking was terrific. Breakfast was great. Only reason for 4 versus 5 is that the hotel is a bit tired. However, when compared to €2600 of San Domingo Palace, this is a gem. "

Amazing experience and breakfast is extraordinary freshly made and Marla, Camelo, Giuseppe and Luca the go out of the way to make you feel like Royalties! "I can’t say enough about this property and staff. Having travelled to Italy and Europe a dozen or more times few properties have been so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was home made and had a view of Etna from their patio. They also had a heated (like really warm) as well as a rooftop bar for evening drinks. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!"

"You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!"
