"Average to below average hotel. It's okay for one night but I'm glad I wasn't there longer."

"The only criticism I have is that the rooms say “partial ocean view” or “full ocean view” we picked full ocean view expecting to walk out our balcony and see the ocean. However the best description is a view of the parking lot, then pool, then the ocean. Also due to corrosion ( unless you have the strength of a gorilla) the door lock would take 5-6 tries with all your strength to open. The breakfast, staff and pool were all very good. "

"I was completely blown away by this resort! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Check in was seamless thanks to Sharon & Randy. Every staff member I encountered was friendly & accommodating. I can't say enough about the room. It was clean, up to date, & had everything a person could need for a comfortable stay. The most magical part of my stay was being able to sleep listening to the waves & in the morning being able to watch the sunrise right from my bed!!! How amazing is that?!!! I've already booked another stay for next month. See ya soon!!!"

"This place was an absolute DUMP! The room was beyond filthy, the "on site" parking wasn't even enough for half of their guests, not to mention the staff taking up many of the available spots, the staff at the desk were rude, dismissive and flat out LIARS. I have video of the evening desk clerk showing and telling me it was ok to park in a specific place, then woke up to a note on my car threatening to tow it. When confronted, they denied it all. When told to watch the video, they just made excuses. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to beg for fresh towels, sheets and even toilet paper. There was hair in the shower, urine under the toilet, mold in the cabinets, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. We had to wear flip flops in the shower just to keep from being disgusted. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Getting help was impossible as the desk staff was always either sleeping in their car or taking photos on the beach deck. But never available to take care of a guest."
