"Spa staff rushes people not able to explain well. Dining staff is good but slow and not trained well. "

"The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407 which they still haven’t done. "

"Very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, courteous, and made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better."

I am so pleased with the whole experience here. They offer activities on the spot & a menu for massages. The food is incredibly tasty. if you're looking for a place to stay this is the destination for you!"
