"EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! From the front entrance with the valet parking, the doorman, from the cleaning staff to the bar attendants, front desk upon check in…. Exceptional across the board. The room excellent. I will be returning mid December for a few nights and I’m so excited knowing this stay will be just as fantastic!"

"The room had lovely views, a nice long corridor as you enter the room. The bed was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating."

"We enjoyed the deep soaking bathtub. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were soft and had an abundance of pillows. The breakfast was fantastic. Good selection, and everything was delicious. Restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. Hotel staff were kind and polite. It felt safe in the hotel. A key card is required to use the elevators. We stayed in an accessible room. The only changes we would recommend would be to also have a microwave in the room in addition to the fridge (which was nice and cold), and that the bathroom could use both some wall hooks and maybe a little table for toiletries. If you’re sensitive to sound, be aware that you do hear city noises, including sirens, and some noise from other rooms. It didn’t bother us. Great location to access Moscone, Yerba Buena, and UCSF. Thanks again, Pickwick Hotel! We will be back!"
