"The hotel here was very lovely and 26th floor had such a beautiful city view. Clean room, kind staff, and great amenities here. The only thing they do not have is a microwave in the room, but there is a restaurant on site and a mini cafe. Along with that, great restaurants around walking distance wise. :)"

"Checking in and out was easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Handlery is in the heart of Union Square and within walking distance to restaurants, stores, the theater and Chinatown. When I’m in the city I always choose the Handlery. My only complaint would be having a discounted rate for parking if you are guests at the hotel. We parked in another garage that was considerably cheaper. "

"Gorgeous Hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room although small was very clean and cute. Trolly stop right at the corner that takes you to Ghirardelli Square. I recommend a room on higher floor for a city view. "
