Enjoyed this hotel very much. Was picked up from the airport which is only a few minutes away and driver was great. Bags were escorted to room and room was clean and cold when I got inside. Shangri-La Chiang Mai
I believe there are good intentions but the execution is lacking. Checked in and the staff told me I look tired and I should go take a bath. Melia Chiang Mai
This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from old town and a lot of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nice amenities and pool area was very nice. Would recommend this hotel.

Aksara Heritage
Breakfast was wonderful with a buffet, as well as special order options. Kate and Dao are outstanding, friendly staff members. From the moment I checked in till leaving the property they were great coaches on things to see and places to go.
