"The Taj Hotel and the staff made a huge difference to our trip to London — Justin, Ifeanyi, Faraz, and Diego were all extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very well looked after. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend. "Room wasn't the best but it was a good size and functional. Floors need to be redone. Air conditioning was leaking. Water drops hit me in the head every time I came in. Soaps and such arent great definitely bring your own. Staff was friendly, helpful and very professional 10/10. Location is super convenient 10/10. Would definitely stay here again."
