Went to that room and it was occupied by another couple. Imagine their surprise when I had a key also. Given a 3rd room key, now 2am. Reserved two beds for myself and my adult son. All that was left was one bed. "

"This is not a resort! It has a pool, but there is no coffee shop or decent place to eat on the premises. The bathroom is really small. There’s a window in the bedroom that faces out into the hall where light leaks in at night. There are no safes! There is no placard to say “do not disturb” but Cleaning is only once every seven days allegedly. Overhead light flickers and burns out over the desk area. No towel service. Elevator is cranky and extremely slow. Sitting areas are in garage. No nice public area to meet for coffee or play cards. "
