Superb location beside Century Park and right above the metro station. Couldn't have been better or easier. Large spacious and bright room. Excellent hotel, I will stay here on future trips to Shanghai.

Great hotel, lovely pool, gym and sauna. Staff very helpful with a large shopping complex attached with lots of restaurants if you wanted a change from the hotel restaurant. Food in the hotel was very good with options to suit everyone’s palette.

This must be one of the best hotels in the city. The location is perfect on the river, and the rooms are incredibly well-appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely and could spend an hour at breakfast with the choice.

I was in Shanghai for several non consecutive nights on Business and stayed at the Sunrise on the Bund hotel. It was luxurious, clean, well staffed and the rooms were perfectly sized and included every possible amenity. Although it's about a 15 minute walk to the Bund area (very straight forward once you get your bearings) I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling whether for business or vacation. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Hi , Ni Hao. The hotel was so clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and maintained well with the staff .There is an outside pool that looks beautiful from the top as it is a heart shaped . What can i say...its the Shangri La...world famous hotel. The hotel from checking in to the staff was first class. We stayed a few days for a double celebration....daughters birthday and our wedding anniversary. Told them in advance and they decorated our room for our daughter with balloons and a cake, and for anniversary they gave us towel swans. Lovely touch. Great hotel with great breakfast. The only outstanding bad thing we have to point out is that they tried to cheat us to pay for 2 out 4 breakfast even though we had free breakfast for our two 14 year old kids as well (35 USD per person per day). They did NOT succeed, however, I had to "fight" for it everyday/morning. I consider that bad service AS it was clearly stated in the reservation.

This was the last stop on a China trip that included two Shangri-La's, 2 Hyatts and a Renaissance. The Four Seasons was a paradigm shift. From v.g.- excellent to magnificent. Wow, this hotel is exceptional. We decided it would have been on our bucket list if we'd only known. The key is the business lounge, where the service is terrific, and the food even better.
